Certification standards have been established for providers who conduct post-conviction polygraphs on sexual offenders which have been ordered by the courts, Idaho Department of Correction, Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections and the Commission for Pardons and Parole.
Post-conviction sexual offender polygraph examiner certification is applicable for both adult and juvenile clients. There is not a separate approval specific to each population.
The Certified Post-Conviction Sexual Offender Polygraph Examiner Roster provides the names and business addresses of approved providers.
